The 85th position does not even rank the U.S. in the upper half in the 149-nation list, which was released Tuesday. But some of the countries ranked ahead of the U.S. may raise a few eyebrows: China, Cuba, Libya, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Chile and the United Arab Emirates
